Keamogetswe has a particular interest in constitutional and administrative law as well as general commercial law. His areas of practice also include mining, labour, company, and customary law.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Keamogetswe was an admitted attorney for six years. He practiced as an attorney at Bowmans (the matters included general commercial litigation, class actions and election related matters) and SERI (the matters included constitutional law litigation). He also served as a law clerk to Justice Sisi Khampepe at the Constitutional Court.
