Siyanda’s primary areas of interest are general and commercial litigation, financial services and pension fund law, arbitration and public interest law. He also has a keen interest in administrative, labour and employment law.
Prior to joining the Bar, he worked as a Case Manager at the Office of the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (“FAIS Ombud”) resolving disputes between consumers and financial services providers. He served his articles with Legal Aid South Africa.
