Molebogeng has a general commercial practice with a particular focus on administrative and regulatory law, contractual disputes, competition law, and human rights.  She appears in mediations, arbitrations and litigation.

Molebogeng was admitted to the Bar in 2025 after completing pupillage with Stuart Scott.

Before joining the Bar, Molebogeng served articles in the Public Law and Dispute Resolution teams and thereafter practised as an associate at Webber Wentzel.

Molebogeng also served as a law clerk to Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke at the Constitutional Court, and as a consultant to the Constitutional Litigation Unit at the Legal Resources Centre. She was a panellist on two independent inquiries: the Justice Moseneke inquiry on free and fair local government elections during Covid-19, and the inquiry chaired by Justice Johann van der Westhuizen into certain events at the University of the Free State.

Molebogeng holds an LLM from SOAS University of London, where she was a Chevening Scholar, and an LLB from the University of South Africa.
