Prior to joining the Bar, Ofentse clerked at the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Kenya. She worked in a public interest litigation organisation and as a legislative drafter. Ofentse was previously employed in government in an advisory and policy development capacity.
Ofentse's areas of practice are general public law and commercial law. She has a particular interest in constitutional law, administrative law, labour law, international law, general regulatory and public interest law.
